How we ship your order

Orders sent as registered mail.

After the order is packaged and sent from us, the typical delivery times are:

Registered mail require a signature at reception.  If you are not at home when your package arrives, the mail delivery person will leave a note for you, informing where you can pick up your package.

If you want to inquire about your shipment sent as registered mail, the telephone number to CTT's customer service is (+351) 21 047 16 16.  Remember that you need the registration number of your package.

Available Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 19.30 GMT time (8.30am to 7.30pm).  Normal phone charges apply.

You can also go to their web site and use their online tracking service.

Orders sent with courier company.

The delivery time depends on the service/courier company selected, and the destination.
You will receive more info in the Checkout shipping section.

In general

Total time (the time from you order and until you receive the products) is dependent on the availability of the item/s in your order. A total delivery date can in principle not be guaranteed, since we have no influence on delays in delivery by the manufacturer and/or the shipping partners or force majeure.
